Global Anchor Layer

Connect identities to roots, lineage, commitments, and revocation evidence.

Start with the root of authority

HMR, MHR, and ENR represent human, multi-human, and enterprise roots. Descendant identities retain parent relationships so that authority can be traced rather than inferred from a display name.

Verify each boundary

Root anchoring, revocation, parent signatures, document commitments, and inclusion proofs are separate checks. A valid document shape is not sufficient evidence that its lineage is anchored or current.

Use the typed path

Typed GAL root, lineage, shard, and revocation operations depend on Tower support. Generic GAL and MARS anchoring transaction variants are rejected by the inspected public executor. Query the supported gal_* methods and confirm network policy before any write.
