Nova worlds, parcels, buildings, avatars, and region indexes are durable chain state. The Explorer 3D city is a visualization layer, not the source of truth.
Launch scope
World, parcel, building, avatar, auction, and permission handlers maintain typed state. Their availability depends on the selected network policy and execution path; a method catalog entry alone is not proof that a write is enabled.
Clients should render chain-backed parcel/building/avatar state from nova_* RPC methods when available.
Clients render the records
World ownership is represented by chain records; a client renders and interacts with those records. Do not substitute a decorative city scene for the actual parcel, permission, or auction state.
