System Contracts
Sigil uses WASM system contracts as the policy gate for core chain features while preserving deterministic native execution for state mutation.
Launch system contracts
The canonical system-contract registry contains service DIDs and ABI definitions for parameters, validators, staking, governance, treasury, compute, DEX, labor, Lumen, and Crucible. A registry entry does not establish that every corresponding transaction is accepted on a particular network.
A transaction that touches one of these domains must pass the activated system-contract gate before the native executor mutates state. Policy authorization and deterministic state mutation remain distinct responsibilities.

Activation and direct transaction boundaries
The ABI below is the canonical registry interface. Each action still depends on its runtime, authority, policy, and native dispatch. Direct treasury actions, some governance execution variants, and several identity lifecycle variants remain gated; the existence of a service DID does not override those boundaries.

Currency and Supply
The client registry publishes a configured genesis supply for each network. Keep genesis allocation, reward policy, current balances, and circulating-supply measurements distinct.
