Labor Marketplace

Labor jobs, bids, contracts, milestones, escrow, and disputes are native chain surfaces guarded by the sigil.system.labor policy path.

Launch scope

Native execution owns escrow accounting. Funding debits real balances, milestone release credits the worker exactly once, and double-release returns an AlreadySettled failure.

Native and deterministic custom-token escrow use distinct ledger paths. Inherited attestation policies can depend on DAO mandate backing and validator features. Unsupported modes and missing policy snapshots fail closed.

Jobs and open offers

A negotiated job uses bids, a contract, milestones, and escrow. An open offer uses funded bounds, bonded claims, evidence, and the configured attestation mode. Work happens off chain; authorized records and settlement are validated deterministically.
